I'd be up for the bus.
Preferably leaving early doors wednesday, and then travelling back through the night as Mark suggested. With all the friendlies (and possibly away qualifiers) next year, holidays will be at a premium, so only taking 1 day off for this game will be the go for me....

It might have been nice if the views of members had been gauged on the times of the bus?

As you know the next meeting is end of january so thats why the commitee take decisions like this when there isn't alot of time to book trips etc, considering the game is roughly 7 weeks away we have to book bus company to make sure you get a good price and don't wait till the last minute so bus companies charge over the odds prices, not everyone will be happy but you can't keep everybody happy all the time.

Hi Sonny,
I have never smoked a pipe...but it may make may appear sophisticated - so I might give it a try.
BUT the way the Bully Wee are going it may be cigars all round and I would gladly buy you a large Voddie if you guys pull it off, best of luck!
Broon.

I've been trying to get accommodation booked for Cardiff and it's not been easy, everywhere is fully booked.
As I wasn't prepared to pay £120.00 for 1 nights stay in a hotel 4 miles out of the city centre, me and the old man have settled for a Guesthouse 3 miles out at a much reduced rate. All Guesthouses in the City Centre are fully booked as well!!
If anyone is struggling the name is Tair Derwen Guesthouse and the number is 0292 075 3032.
