As announced at the WESTA meeting on Sunday our very own "athlete" MARKY beat his personal best time whilst running the Alloa half marathon on Sunday morning.
As an added incentive Mark was running on behalf of Greenfield Primary School to fund new sports (football) equipment, this worthy cause was brought to our attention by a couple of our members and I am pleased to advise that Mark along with a fellow runner raised over 300 pounds in pledges for GPS. If, like me, you pledged some money - get it to Mark pronto to allow him to pass this on.
