I was at the Confederations Cup Final last night in Frankfurt. Where I watched a sublime performance by Brazil, they were fantastic - if only Scotland could be half as good.
This reminded me that the WESTA football team are still looking for a couple of players for the sevens in Edinburgh. Was it the deft touches, the exquisite passing, superb goals, style, talent in abundance NO it was the rain!!! in the manner of Campbeltown last year.
We don't need a budding Ronaldhino (although it would help) we just need some folk who want to play, just for the fun. Our squad has been depleted through injury (that's just an excuse their going to T in the Park). Contact Glenn for further info - oh and surrounding the football the hosts ETA have arranged some entertainment at Tynecastle (don't usually get a lot of that)
