I got this info from Gill who works for M & S
Need foreign currency for your trip?
Excellent exchange rates available now at the new Bureau de Change in Marks and Spencer, Sauchiehall Street, Glasgow. Located on the first floor beside the Food Department, it stocks over 30 currencies every day with many others available for order on request.
There is no commission on foreign currency and foreign currency travellers’ cheques
Marks and Spencer Bureau de Change are recognised as the Best Value on the high street for the last 10 years.
Example of the rates (as at Monday 29th August) M&S Post Office Thomas Cook Euro 1.41 1.40 1.401 Norwegian Krone 11.207 11.130 10.95 So for £100, you would get 25 Krone more at M&S than you would at Thomas Cook.
Rates change daily so either phone 0141 332 6097 for the current rate or visit the Bureau in the store for the most up to date rates.
