new computer bought & I'm back on the scene.
Got a phone call from the World Service today re the proposal of the Army to issue earplugs for bagpipe players!
After a full discussion the researcher asked where the West of Scotland Army is based? Was I a piper? Who was our regimental piper?
She thought we were a proper Army Regiment................!
I replied surel;y guns were louder than Bagpipes and it is the enemy that were scared of the pipes not us!
I proposed that all bullets are replaced by the Bagpipes, we the TA are available to distribute the pipes to all armies, starting with the Trinidad & Tobago Army, & surely the Bahamas, has Majorca an army?
