I believe that everyone will agree that the WESTA charter to The Faroes was a great success, the whole day ran very smoothly.
Thanks, to all of the passengers for being where they were supposed to be at the right times (apart from Andrew but we'll forgive him....once) and the banter which didn't let up throughout the day / night.
Well done to the airport check in assistant, who processed the whole party in record time - one flash of the passport and that was it - fantastic, with the exception of the aforementioned Andrew, it was timed at 6 minutes OR 11.6 seconds per passenger and that includes the walk to the counter.....
To the crew/s of City Star Airlines who delivered a splendid aircraft and service
To Ole the bus driver, on time every time !
To the staff of Galeria Jinx in Torshavn - for opening early and excellent service
To our new friends at Air Partner, Gatwick, responsible for the Charter arrangements, many thanks, great understanding of our needs and superb communication
And of course to the Scottish Team, a few hairy moments (well it wouldn't be Scotland otherwise) but a victory with three points
