Dross!!!
Which part of Dailly playing on the right to protect Devlin happened last night??? He played him on the opposite flank.
It is getting harder and harder to stick up for Berti. I don't think I would mind half as much if I actually saw some commitment and willingness from the players but we're just not seeing it.
In my opinion we haven't seen much improvement since Berti took over. He is playing a match in every date possible but with so many games you would expect to see an improvement game by game - it has not happened.
Our most effective strike force seems to be Crawford and Miller, he must stick to this in the NZ game because they need all the practice they can get together before the Germany game.
Rant over

p.s. To make matters bloody worse the ticket request forms came in this morning - excellent timing.

I know, I could not believe it when the ticket letter came in the morning after the night before. Does this strike of mismanagement or misguided optimism?

But don't forget we are restricted as to the number of tickets that we can buy for the next game...skooz me, am I missing something..................... on a diffeerent note . I can just see me arranging to fly back to Scotland to take in the NZ game.....mind you if the game had been in NZ....
I caught the "highlights" of the Austria game on German TV, Berti was absolutely slated. I then logged on the next morning to see the Scottish press had done the same - by the time I got home at the weekend it had still not quietened down, with all sorts of wonderful names being thrown in the hat,I still cannot believe that I saw John Lambie's name linked to the Scotland job that would be a fx*%*"; revelation...talk about passionate , F+%879y H*&%# , I do not believe that this is the type of move we require - it has to be the bottom up not top down.

I think the NZ game will be different...at Tynecastle, unlike Hampden, you are on top of the pitch....so will give the Kiwi's a fright hopefully (and probably our own players ) At the end of the day, these matches are meaningless (opps....after what happened to Mr McCann....don't think I should say that)....but we should be thinking ahead to 6th of June (very close to my birthday I might add ;D)
