Chairmans Report
HH welcomed all those present and outlined tonight`s agenda
Secretarys Report
TC read out the previous months minutes and announced the membership was now 120. He also confirmed that the Iron Horse would be hosting pre match parties before the upcoming W/C Qualifiers with Slovenia and Norway with entertainment before/after the Norway game upstairs in the Iron Horse.
A subsidised bus would also operate for the Norway game [there will not be a bus for Hungary/Slovenia games from the Iron Horse]
Although the Iron Horse will host the WESTA pre/apres match entertainment the SHED will also be open between 11am-2pm for the Norway game [contact TC directly for tickets]
Treasurers Report
GB confirmed that club funds were £1331.37
Travel Convenors Reprt
GF looking at options for hotels for all 2005 w/c qualifiers. He is also still looking at various charter flight options.
Alistair Firth informed those present that he had identified two possible cheap routes to Belarus:-
1] Flight to Warsaw then train to Minsk
2] Flight to Dublin,then Vilnius then train to Minsk
Lorraine MacDonald passed information to all members re her recent trip to Brussels to optain her Moldovan visa

GH has organised a friendly with Kirkcaldy Tartan Army in `the lang toun` on Sunday 29th September.
A bus for players/supporters/WESTA bevvy squad will leave the Iron Horse at 10.30am and return from Kirkcaldy in plenty of time for the monthly WESTA meeting.

TC read out correspondence from Alison Jack replying to the last ATAC communication.

Mark Adams reported that 20 WESTA members had a fantastic time on the recent trip to St Galmier and details would be available shortly for next year`s pilgrimage to the south of France
TAMB SUNSHINE APPEAL
An e-mail had been received from the TAMB Sunshine Appeal inviting WESTA to attend a meeting of the TAMB Sunshine Appeal steering group to formulate plans for the forthcoming visit to Moldova. It was agreed that GB would represent WESTA.

Invites have been issued to Billy McNeil and Neil Sullivan.
