Without stirring up a hornets nest it was good to see the wee man getting right to the point in his recent 4-4-2 article, re OF fans and the National Team??
Any thoughts - will this get him into any bother (officially or unofficially)??

BBC Article below re this:
Vogts criticises Old Firm fans Vogts names his squad to face Holland on Friday Scotland manager Berti Vogts has branded Old Firm fans unpatriotic ahead of his adopted nation's Euro 2004 play-off clash with Holland. The German has claimed he feels more Scottish than many followers of Rangers and Celtic.
Vogts admitted he was puzzled by the lack of Scottish flags on display at Ibrox and Celtic Park.
"I think I feel more Scottish than a lot of fans at Celtic and Rangers do," he told FourFourTwo magazine.
"When I watched the Uefa Cup final between Celtic and Porto - okay, maybe I am very strange about Scotland - I saw only one Scottish flag in the Celtic corner. Most were Irish.
"It is the same at Rangers. I look around Ibrox and see a few small Scottish flags - always it is Union (Jack) flags.
"That is the difference with Germany. In Germany the first team is not Bayern - and they are bigger than Rangers and bigger than Celtic - it is not Dortmund.
"The first team in Germany is the national team. Here the first team is Rangers or Celtic."
Vogts will name his squad for the first play-off game with the Dutch - which takes place at Hampden Park on 15 November - on Friday.

Im with you on this Tam - the truth hurts.
Berti was/is spot on - I would not suggest that Ibrox and Celtic Park are full of Saltire's or The Lion Rampant but I would suggest that the flags (that are in common use) that are present are removed - flags at football matches are great but not when they incite opposition fans are embarrass those watching.
On a normal match day we will not find Firhill, Tannadice, Pittodrie, Ochilview, Glebe Park etc full of "Scottish Flags" (there will be some) but nor will we find them with Irish or Union Flags.
On a recent visit to Ibrox (couple of weeks ago) some half wit in the home section next to the visiting Jags fans was waving an Ulster flag at us, after several choice comments from the visiting fans- PC plod, who up to that point didn't want to know -put the proverbial word in his ear.
I know that there are a lot of OF fans who support OUR national team, but as Bertis has pointed out they are in the minority
